Cole Haan Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Cole Haan purchase. Unless otherwise stated at the time of sale, merchandise purchased directly from Clarks. may be returned online or in person at any one of our  for a full refund. All returns are subject to the terms and conditions as set forth below.

For an item to be eligible for return, a valid proof of purchase (such as a store receipt, gift receipt, order confirmation, or order number starting) must accompany the return, and the merchandise must meet the following conditions:

Merchandise must be returned within 90 calendar days of the date of purchase.
Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, which is defined as: 
All original tags still attached to product;
Product is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered;
Product must be in original packaging, including the original shoe box, if applicable;
All original items and accessories must be included.
A reason for the return must be indicated.
Certain exclusions may apply.

Cole Haan will not accept returns of merchandise more than 90 calendar days after the date of purchase. Some merchandise may have specific return requirements. Please review the labels, hangtags, displays, etc. for additional information. Returns of merchandise purchased with a promotional discount will be subject to the terms and conditions of the promotion.
